Education Foundation to Host Tech Fair 2012 for St. Vrain Valley District Students

The Education Foundation provides a number of scholarships for high school graduates going on to college each spring. The deadline for submission is February 28, 2012.

Encore Award nominations are currently being accepted.

Planned Giving - Planned giving involves integrating a charitable gift into a donor's overall financial, tax and estate planning objectives, so as to maximize benefits to the donor and the Education Foundation for the St. Vrain Valley. Examples include:

• Donations of personal residences, commercial buildings or land which can be structured as outright gifts, remainder gifts or life-income producing assets.

• A bequest can be included in a donor's will for a specific dollar amount or a portion of your estate.

• A life insurance policy naming the Education Foundation for the St. Vrain Valley as owner and beneficiary offers donors a tax deduction for the cash value of the policy.
