All grant applications will be reviewed by a committee composed of Directors of the Education Foundation and members of the community. The committee will use a rubric to evaluate each proposal. The rubric is consistent with the grant application questions. The committee will give a priority ranking to each of the grant applications and provide a recommendation to the Board of Directors for funding.
